Resources updated

Resources of the game have been updated. The following changes were made:

-Documentation:

• Better description of the game.

-Server:

• Bug fix
• Some improvements in graphical interface
• Map choosing problem in OS X resolved

      guide: to apply this patch, you need to replace the jar file with the new one.

-CPP client:

• Bug fix
• Ownership values
• Segmentation fault problem 
• next step problem

      guide: to apply this patch, you need to replace all of the files, except AI.cpp with the new ones.

-Python client:

• Connection problem, when client was executed before server, resolved

      guide: to apply this patch, you need to replace all of the files, except AI.py with the new ones.
